I would like to communicate my praise for a job exceptionally well done by employees at SavATree, Waterford.

My initial and several consequent conversations with Michelle Nichols were very influential as to my decision to place my confidence in SavATree for the work we needed to have done. Michelle is such a delightful person, so positive about the company she works for and such a patient, caring, thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable person for your company to have as the first contact for prospective customers. She cheerfully goes above and beyond. An example of this would be when a neighbor was interested in obtaining an estimate from SavATree. I contacted Michelle just before 5:00 on a Friday. She took the time to respond to the email that evening after closing time for the Waterford office.

My second point of contact with SavATree was with Rael Graham. I found Rael to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. n. He was so very helpful assessing what needed to be addressed and proved to be very accurate in his judgement of which trees had disease pockets as well. Immediately upon hearing that animals were using some pine trees to access the roof, Rael went out of his way to have those trees removed immediately. Rael communicated well and, once again, went out of his way to stop by early this morning to make sure everything was on track. I am extremely grateful to have had Rael’s guidance and expertise.

In my opinion, both Rael and Michelle definitely instill confidence and trust in potential customers!

The actual tree work was done all day last Monday and completed this morning by Larry’s crew. Once again, I was so impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by this team of workers. Larry communicated with me and kept a watchful eye on the work being done. He listened carefully, was quick to assess progress and actually worked as part of the team also. He always summarized progress for me and spoke with me frequently, updating me as to progress and what the next stage would entail. Larry and his crew arrived early both mornings and Larry always let me know when the crew was leaving for the day also.

In addition, I noticed Larry’s crew worked together very well. They were extremely professional and synchronized in their movements. They were so efficient and skilled, even in the rain, they made sure work was done well and completely. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the property as well.

I would also like to mention that Chase is beyond amazing. It is fascinating to watch someone with his skills and abilities. What I noticed also was the way he studied each tree before he worked on it. After he trimmed each tree, he would regard it from the ground once again. After Chase trimmed three huge black locust trees this morning, and after he had brought the bucket down and secured it, from the ground, he looked back up at one of the trees and pointed, Sure enough, he picked up a saw, climbed back up into the bucket and went up to trim whatever limb he felt still needed to be addressed. What kind of an employee takes that much pride in the job they do? Not only did I notice this but one of my neighbors told me he saw it also. Obviously, SavATree has employees who are exceptional. They care and they go above and beyond.

From beginning to the end of the process just completed, I have felt strongly that choosing SavATree for the job was the absolute right decision. It is my hope that, in some way, my comments of appreciation can be communicated to the exceptional employees mentioned above and that they will be commended for a job exceptionally well done!
