Education:
BS Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University
Qualifications:
Liv worked for 3 years after graduating college in greenhouse environmental controls on the research team at Monsanto. Her primary focus was on pest and disease management, as well as ensuring the plants had the right amount of nutrients and sunlight. She started at SavATree as an arborist assistant in the Lakewood branch in 2019. During this time she earned her Arborist Certification while also training in plant healthcare, lawn, and trimming. She was promoted to Arborist in 2021.
Personal:
Liv grew up in Michigan. She loves to spend time outdoors by traveling new places, camping, and snowboarding. She has 2 dogs.
Why She Became an Arborist:
“Since I was very young, I was always interested in plant biology and spending time outdoors. I am also an extrovert by design. Being an arborist allows me to spend my time on the things that matter most to me- people and plants.”
