“I prefer to work outdoors. Trees provide many benefits and are considered a valuable resource within the urban suburban environment. Trees are now being recognized as needing protecting similar to clean air, water, soil. There needs to be knowledgeable persons who understand the largest living organisms on the planet – so why not be one of those persons”

Customer Service Philosophy:

“To provide outstanding client service to a sophisticated cliental requires more than technical knowledge and estimating abilities. Arborists and all staff members must be responsive to requests and meet or exceed expectations. You are only as good as your and the organizations last interaction with a client. All levels of personnel must be trained and understand what is required including methods/procedures to achieve exceptional client service. Remembering it is a people (client service) business, not just a plant health care business, must be supported at all levels within an organization for these efforts to succeed in providing clients with an outstanding experience.”
