Spring/Summer 2021 Update

As we enter this stage of the pandemic, SavATree’s number one focus continues to be the safety and well-being of our customers and team members — and that will never change. We are following the most current CDC guidelines, keeping a close eye on all updates and implementing them accordingly. All members of the SavATree team have remained vigilant in their efforts to maintain these guidelines and safety measures, because we don’t take safety lightly.

Our landscapes have always been a respite and the backdrop of our lives – and now they are utilized even more for safe gatherings of family and friends, alternative settings for work and school, exercise and outdoor dining. We treasure the role that we have played in creating outdoor excellence, and look forward to continuing this important work into 2021 and beyond.

We will continue to stay in touch with our clients, keep up to date with Covid-19 restrictions, and we will remain sensitive to client preferences as restrictions are lifted. Your safety is our priority. If you have any questions at all, please contact your local branch.

We are touched by the gratitude of our clients as we remain committed to caring for their properties.

Dear Valued Customer,

On behalf of Team SavATree we hope that you and your family are doing well during this time. We realize you have a lot on your mind, and wanted to reassure you that when it comes to your landscape, we’ve got you covered. As always, the safety and well-being of our customers and team members is our number one priority. As we communicated to you last week, we are compliant with CDC requirements regarding social distancing, liberal use of hand sanitizers and disinfecting trucks and tools. Equally important, our crews and arborists meet virtually or outdoors (with social distancing) every day to review protocols, share best practices, review educational programs and support each other to make sure our customers and team members remain safe in this new environment.

We are pleased to have been recognized by state authorities as a provider of “essential services,” and it is encouraging to see that arborists and the green industry have been specifically recognized in various locations as vital to public health. Tree, shrub and lawn care are necessary to maintain safe conditions for families and businesses, and these services protect and maintain the landscape. Since our work takes place outdoors, we can operate without person-to-person contact. We have modified our service offerings where needed to remain compliant in every state where we operate, and will continue to do so as things unfold. Scheduled services will be delivered timely, and if anything happens to interfere with this we will notify you immediately.

Any client can request to meet with their arborist “virtually” – but still onsite – where cell phones and technology will take the place of our in-person dialog. We welcome the opportunity to answer your questions, and help you create an outdoor environment that is safe, restorative and a good place to re-energize.

We will continue to stay in touch, and feel free to reach out to your arborist, listed below, if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Carmine Schiavone
