If there is adequate soil moisture in the soil surface to allow turf green-up (maybe growth) than renovation programs, fertilization, weed control, seeding and sodding can occur and expect at least moderate to good success from these practices.
Persistent growing conditions will also help with deeper rooting at this time (assuming some irrigation is available). Over seeding research indicates this time of the season is when repetitive over seeding can fill the voids!
