Education:

John received a Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Occupational Health Applied Sciences with a minor in Environmental Studies from Keene State College. He is currently studying Master of Farm Agriculture Law and Policy at Vermont Law School.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, specifically ergonomics, life safety and lab safety management in a hospital/research facility. Excellent background with commercial sales keeping sustainability in mind.

Why he became an arborist:

“I have always found clarity within the outdoors. Whether I am skiing, hiking, biking, or running the one constant is my appreciation for nature and what our trees have to offer us. Earning a living while being an advocate for the trees of our country is an absolute privilege and I look forward to sharing my excitement with future customers.”

“Uncovered a toxic dumpsite containing silver polish from the late 1800’s/early 1900’s in Keene, New Hampshire during my sophomore year while achieving my bachelor’s degree at Keene State College.”

Personal:

“Originally from Dracut, Massachusetts I am a farm boy at heart and always appreciate the opportunity to stop at a local farmstand and get some fresh fruits and vegetables. Excited to take my experiences from the East Coast and translate them into hard work and success on the West Coast.”
