Why He Became An Arborist:
“Growing up in and around nature has made me feel that becoming an arborist would always keep me grounded. When times are tough, I have always been able to fall back on my passion to find gainful employment.”
Customer Service Philosophy:
“Finding out what the customers pains are and then gaining their trust to build a long term relationship seems to me to be the best strategy. It takes years sometimes to earn this trust which can be lost in a single word. Being up front and truthful with a client saves every one a lot of time.”
