Dan provides comprehensive tree, shrub, and lawn services to homeowners like you throughout the greater Princeton area. He holds a B.S. in Plant Science from the University of Delaware and is an ISA Certified Arborist with over 25 years of experience. Drawing on his ISA credentials and decades of hands-on work, Dan offers expert guidance to help your landscape reach its full potential. Outside of work, Dan enjoys coaching his daughters’ lacrosse teams, and competing in triathlons and other endurance sports.

Qualifications:

Dan began his career in the tree care by working in a nursery after graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science. Shortly thereafter, he landed an arborist position and has continued in that capacity for 25 years.

Personal:

Dan has spent countless hours on the lacrosse field coaching his daughters from first grade through eighth grade. Off the field, he is a Triathlete and Ironman competitor and enjoys other endurance sports.

I had a blossoming cherry tree that started looking really bad looked like it would die. I called save a tree who did an inspection and started treating the roots of the tree and it is slowly getting better. They are doing a great job. I highly recommend them

I highly recommend consulting SavATree about maintaining your trees and larger shrubs. We have quite a few on our property that were not doing well. After some major tree pruning and fertilizing all the beds, everything is sure to thrive again. They are also very professional and do not leave a mess when they are done.

Been a customer for over 5 years. The early feeding and chemical sprays have saved our crabapple tree. We had no fruit and leaves wet gone by late July until we contacted SavATree. Now we have a full tree of leaves and fruit until Nov. a birch tree has also been saved from the ash borer and no longer has any branches dying. Finally a pear tree has been saved as well. Highly recommend the team!
