Why did you become an arborist:
“I became an Arborist to continue to grow my career in Forestry. I love being outside and using my degree. I want to work with people to help them keep their green space healthy and improve the environment.”
“This company did large tree removal for me, and I was impressed with them from start to finish. Here are the reasons why: 1. They have a dedicated administrative back end answering customer phone calls, and assisting their licensed arborists with the administrative aspects of their contracted jobs. 2. They have licensed arborists who are knowledgeable and who project manage their quoted jobs in person and on site with the customer. 3. They have clean and well maintained equipment; no leaking oil from the bucket trucks, and no leaking hydraulic fluid from the brush chippers. 4. The field workers (tree climbers and helpers) were uniformed, respectful, and hard working; these guys were impressive. 5. The field workers did a great job with the clean up of my property after my large trees were removed; blowing and sweeping up. This company’s model works well. Here is how it worked for me for this large tree removal job: 1. Call them and someone actually answers the phone. 2. Make appointment to meet licensed arborist for job quote. 3. Meet arborist at job site to review job. 4. Received quote from arborist via email same day. 5. Day of job arborist is on site with tree crew to review the job. 6. Tree crew does job and arborist follows up with customer upon job completion. This is a good company. I am pleased with their work and I will use them again and refer them to others that I know.” – Stephen Santangelo
