Paul Ellery

Peter J. Ellery is a full-time, faculty instructor with the Department of Landscape Architecture at Ball State University. A Ball State University Olmsted Scholar and 2013 Master of Landscape Architecture degree graduate, Peter also has a Masters and Doctoral Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation for Individuals with Disabilities from the Ohio State University.

Peter currently combines his past education and work experience in health and movement, with the skills and education he received in his landscape architecture degree, to develop socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable communities using a community-centered and engaged, collaborative design process. His current interests are centered on the development of landscapes as educational, social and economic opportunities in developing nations, and how these landscapes can be used to foster thriving communities.
