Rodney earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry with an emphasis in Arboriculture and a minor in Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 1989.

Rodney has been working with trees and landscapes for over 30 years in roles of climber, division manager, sales, consulting, and business development.

Personal/Fun Fact:

Rodney lives in Conifer, CO and enjoys the outdoors: backpacking, camping, canoeing, snowshoeing, skiing, hunting and photography.

February 2020: Rodney was a panelist at our 2020 sales conference, sharing his commercial industry know-how, primarily working with commercial property managers. Rodney instinctively approaches the commercial market with his knowledge in niche markets, and readily assists new arborists by broadening their understanding of working on different types of commercial properties.

AMAZING! One word to describe the tree trimming crew from SavATree! The skill and equipment they used to raise themselves into the trees and move around to trim and place cabling systems amazed us. I was worried about possible damage to the bark but they barely touched it! On top of this great service we found their pricing reasonable. We strongly recommend using their service. Happy Spring!

SavATree, and our arborist Marissa, are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their expertise is unmatched and their quality of service is excellent (from always being punctual to going above-and-beyond in caring for our trees). We have aspens which are hard to keep healthy at Denver's altitude and summer heat and SavATree is making a big difference!
