He provides expert tree and shrub care services to clients in Sarasota, Bradenton, Siesta Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Longboat Key, Ana Maria Island, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Ellenton, and Parrish, FL. Before becoming an arborist, Alex gained several years of experience working as a Plant Health Care Specialist out of the Lakewood branch, providing clients with expert tree maintenance. He is highly qualified to handle tree and plant health care conditions that commonly occur in the Sarasota, FL area. Qualifications:

Alex has over 10 years of experience in arboriculture, from plant health care, to climbing trees, hazardous takedowns, leading and organization of crews, and as a sales arborist. In his time, he’s obtained many licenses and certifications that allows him to provide expert assessments for your tree and shrub care.

Miami Dade College: Bachelor of Science degree

Personal:

Alex is a Florida native, who loves his three dogs and family. In his free time, Alex enjoys fishing, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and house projects. Prior to relocating back to Florida, he spent the last 10 years in Colorado.

Why He Became an Arborist:

“Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors, from exploring the woods and climbing trees. As I’ve grown older, that passion always stayed with me. When I became a professional in this industry, I’ve never looked back. I love trees what can I say.”

“I learned the following from one of my mentors, these three sound guidelines outline my customer service approach: always be consistently prompt, technically competent, and fair. Asking the right questions to find the needs of the client, I believe listening is one of the most important aspects of customer service.”

Community Involvement:

Volunteering at animal shelters, the ISA saluting branches, and being a judge at the ISA climbing competitions.
