She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and an M.S. in Environmental Horticulture. As an ISA Certified Arborist and California Qualified Applicator, Sophia has the experience to provide her clients with informed, tailored landscape solutions.

Why did you become an arborist?

"I've always loved plants and nature, and growing up in the city, trees provided a little spot of nature. Now, I want to help take care of our urban trees so that we can all have greener cities and enjoy the benefits of trees."

Sophia was outstanding during our initial free consultation. This is clearly a calling for her and not just a job. She understood our goals and offered helpful insight and suggestions. The team came out and made it all come true. Our beautiful heritage Japanese Maple is now balanced and shaped. Same with our orange tree, palm tree, camellia bushes, and various other small trees. Daniel and Carlos did a great job trimming my trees: acacia, eucalyptus, and elm. When I pointed out more areas to trim, they completed that to my liking.
