“I have two very large trees in my back yard and during hurricane Sandy one branch broke off and completely destroyed my shed. After it was replaced I had a tree service (not SavATree) clear from them any other potential problems. At that time, they mentioned the cabling of trees as another way of protecting myself as the trees have multiple trunks and the cabling would be an extra layer of protection. I knew nothing of this procedure so did not have the work done that day. As I investigated the concept, I felt that it was something that, while no guarantee, would at least give me a bit of insurance against another incident.
Armed with some information, I began my search for a reputable company who could do the work. I contacted three who agreed to give me estimates and explain further the procedure. While I rejected one immediately, the other two (SavATree one of these) gave me comparable prices and time frames for when the work could be done. My decision to go with SavATree was based largely on the professional and polite manner of Taylor Sapudar. He called when he said he would call, gave me a fair price, did not pressure me and answered all of my questions in a timely and very respectful manner. Even more importantly, he did not try to sell me additional services that I did not need and, in fact, educated me on a concern I have with another tree. The day that the work was done, July 24, 2013, the men arrived on time with Taylor who supervised the start of the job and continued to check in periodically. The men doing the work were very polite, responsive to my questions and in the end left my yard cleaner that it was before they came. As a consumer who has become accustomed to struggling with those who perform services in my home, I was most pleasantly surprised.
I will recommend SavATree to anyone who inquires about that type of service and I thank Taylor once again for his professional and pleasant demeanor. Should I need these same services again, I will surely call SavATree and if given the opportunity, I will post my satisfaction on Angie’s list. Thank you all for a business that still believes in customer service and honesty and I wish you continued success. ”
“I want to thank you for your kind and immediate response. When you said you would call me back, I did not expect it to be as soon as it was…and I was thankful when they showed up and immediately went to work on removing the section of the tree that split. I also thank you because when the men did their work previously they inserted cables around the largest limbs, and had they not done that there would have been substantial damage yesterday.
By the way my neighbors were shocked by the immediate response so I have given them your name and company information…”
