“We had SavATree service our trees and shrubs last Spring and Fall. Your arborist, Ryan Case, took charge and did an excellent job. We were extremely satisfied. During the storm last week, my husband and I were away because we lost power. We returned to find several large limbs on our house. Before we could arrange for help, Ryan knocked at our front door. He informed us that we had a dangerous limb that was ready to fall on our roof. He was across the street servicing a neighbor when he noticed it. Within several hours, Ryan had a crew here taking care of the problem! We had expert service and I want to thank SavATree for hiring such efficient people. You might say Ryan Case is our hero. He takes his job seriously and is outstanding in every way! He is an asset to your company and we thank him for being there for us. We will never forget his kindness! ”
“On behalf of the Township of Maplewood, I would like to take this opportunity to thank SavATree and especially your arborist, Lori Ann, for the wonderful care that you are giving to the Township tree. The pruning that was performed by your arborists helped provide a much safer environment for pedestrians and vehicles in an extremely busy area. The work was carried out in a most professional manner with the utmost care.”

“We recently called SavATree to come out, give us an estimate on pruning and to make some suggestions about how to deal with our lawn. We loved Steve (the arborist) and went ahead and hired SavATree on the spot. As Hurricane Irene approached we, as customers, received an email giving us a special code that we could use in case of a hurricane-related emergency. And boy did we need that code. During the hurricane, a broken tree got tangled in our electrical wires and began pulling them down. I called the emergency number and immediately spoke to someone at Savatree who helped me assess the situation. I know that they must have been swamped with calls (and that many of them were calls about situations much more serious than ours), but I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have that tree cut off above our electrical line and to know it’s not going to fall and yank our service off the side of the house. The tree is gone, our electrical service is safe, and Savatree has some new and very dedicated customers.”
“I am passionate about my trees — particularly two London plane trees in my side yard that were planted when my house was built in 1885. Because they are old, massive and fairly near to the house, I have for years entrusted their care to SavaTree. And I certainly could not have made a better choice. The arborist Stacey Phelps seems to almost have a sixth sense about them, actually arriving at my door unexpectedly the morning after a large limb had come down in a thunder storm. She recommended a thoroughgoing pruning. Frankly, I was a bit apprehensive, worried that too much would be taken and they would end up looking “butchered.” But the crew that came to do the work, under foreman Matt Helme, did a magnificent job. They were thoroughly profession and obviously took great pride in what they did. In addition, they were very respectful of my concerns and thoughts. So, now my trees are not only a lot safer, but also aesthetically spectacular. In other words, they actually made the trees more beautiful in the process of pruning them.
I know SavATree is a big corporation. But when all is said and done, it is this caliber of service from the likes of Phelps and Helme on which its success wholly rests. ”
