“Tom, I appreciated your time during your initial visit. You were on time for our appointment and insightful during the review of my job. I also appreciated the immediate bid, which ended up being very competitive. As we discussed, some contractors either never called me back or never followed up with a bid.
The three man crew that performed the tree work on August 8th were fantastic. The skill, hard work and dedication exhibited by Jesus, Maximo, and Jorge was outstanding. The crew took their time surveying the job site and planning their approach to the technical job of cutting down the 30 foot pine in the middle of a heavily wooded area on my property. Maximo's skill in climbing the tree was amazing and I appreciated his thoughtful approach in cutting the branches in such a way as to minimize the damage to the surrounding trees. Jesus, Maximo, and Jorge all worked well together as a team - including the excellent job they did pruning the large maple in my front yard.
I'd also like to add that the men exhibited excellent safety practices - they wore their safety helmets (with the chin straps buckled), ear and eye protection. I also observed that both Maximo and Jorge did not cut corners on their safety harnesses or rigging when climbing in the trees.
Lastly, Jesus, Maximo, and Jorge worked until 7:00 p.m. to finish up my job. I could tell they were dead tired when they were done. They are a real asset to SavATree and your company is enriched to have such hard working employees.
