Throughout college, Gary worked as a consultant for habitat management, specializing in deer management. He has 3 years experience working with landowners to develop and implement site-specific management plans


Gary earned his degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Wildlife and Fisheries Science with a minor in Forest Science.

Industry Involvement/Awards/Certifications:

Gary was awarded a Life Membership to the Quality Deer Management Association for his work as a volunteer, recruiting new members. He finished in the top 10 out of 1700 participants in Penn State’s Civic Engagement Speech Contest, and has earned 34 continuing education credits from the Society of American Foresters.


Gary lives in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time with family, archery hunting, fishing, playing and watching sports, astronomy, and philosophy.

Why He Became An Arborist:

Since I was a child I always had a fascination with nature. The more I learned about the connectivity of our ecosystems, the more interested I became. Using this knowledge to assist landowners and help them achieve their landscape goals is an incredibly fun and rewarding experience.
