ARBORIST/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Meet with clients to evaluate, monitor & diagnose landscape conditions
- Design treatment & maintenance plans for plant health care, tree pruning, fertilization, etc.
- Provide estimates, bids, and contract negotiations
- Service existing client base, develop territory, identify & acquire new clients
ARBOR PATROL SPECIALIST
- Monitor, diagnose and treat insect, mite, disease, physiological and cultural conditions associated with client landscapes
- Use the most advanced equipment and progressive solutions available
- Complete diagnostic reports and present to client
- Maintain excellent customer relations
PLANT HEALTH CARE SPECIALIST
- Treat commercial & residential landscapes for insect, mite, disease, cultural, and physiological conditions to maintain optimal health of trees and shrubs
- Create excellent customer relations, provide thorough and up-to-date information to clients
- Perform general tree care and tree pruning during off-season (December - February)
GENERAL TREE CARE CREW (leader, climber, ground)
- Perform specialized tree pruning, takedowns, install cabling and bracing systems
- Safely operate equipment (chainsaws, chipper, trucks, handtools)
- Identify tree and shrub species and develop working knowledge of their characteristics as well as concepts related to tree wounding and pruning
- Perform wood lot management to encourage diversity & preserve habitat
LAWN CARE SPECIALIST
- Treat commercial and residential landscapes for insect, disease, cultural, and physiological conditions to maintain optimal health of lawn and/or turf
- Create excellent customer relations
- Provide thorough and up-to-date information to clients
ARBORIST ASSISTANT
- Customer service and scheduling
- Sales support to arborists
- Generate sales via in-house marketing activity
- Client database entry / VIP account management
- Special event planning and coordination
OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Provide training & guidance to field specialists
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure total integrity of programs, including customer service, quality control, timeliness, and profitability
BRANCH MANAGER
- Overall management of sales, operations and administration functions for individual office location
- Complete profit & loss responsibility
- Train & develop staff
- Uphold company standards
