DANIEL VAN STARRENBURG
President and CEO
Daniel
graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Arboriculture.
Prior to that, he graduated from the Waldorf School in the Netherlands where he
lived for much of his youth. Mr. van Starrenburg has spent his working years as
an arborist and as a dedicated servant to the tree
service industry. As President and CEO, he oversees the growth, development
and expansion of the company.

RALPH J. ROBBINS
Founder and Vice President
Ralph,
a graduate from Paul Smith College, is a long standing committee member of the
Long Island Parks Commission. As Vice President of New Business Development, he
establishes and develops new and existing tree care operations for all of the
company's service regions. Mr. Robbins also provides development plans for the
staff and arborists including procedures, arborist sales training and
profitability to ensure that SavATree continues to maintain the highest
professional standards in the tree care industry.
DONALD BECKER
Vice President of Operations and Regional Manager
Don graduated
from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Resource Management from Syracuse
University. As Vice President of Operations and Regional Manager, Mr. Becker develops and implements company-wide operations plans for the arborists and staff including safety and training programs, quality control, customer service, tree care industry compliance issues and fleet management.
LUANN O'BRIEN
Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Development
Luann holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Pace University and an
MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham University. As Vice President of Marketing and Sales Development, Ms. O’Brien facilitates growth in revenues, professionalism, brand presence and overall success of the sales team. She also works to increase the company’s market presence in the communities that
we serve through a comprehensive, localized mix of marketing programs, strategic
alliances, community & trade events and online initiatives.
RICH ANDA
Vice President of SavaLawn and Regional Manager
Rich
graduated from Michigan State with a Masters of Science in Plant Physiology and
Turfgrass Management. As Vice President of SavaLawn, Mr. Anda oversees the operation, arborist training,
compliance, staff education, design and implementation of cutting edge lawn care
technology for SavATree. In addition, he oversees the development of branch
management as well as the efficiency and profitability of each region.
JON CERVONI
Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Director
Jon graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with a
Bachelors degree in Accounting. He also has an MBA in Accounting from Iona College. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Cervoni supervises all facets of financial accounting, budgeting and reporting, assuring compliance in GAAP. In addition, he directs all accounting and finance operational areas including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit and banking. As Human Resource Director, Mr. Cervoni oversees benefits administration, HR policy and procedure, employee on-boarding/off-boarding, recruitment for staffing needs and career development strategy.
