Spring is a fantastic time for renewal and appreciation for each other and our natural surroundings. As we emerge from a season of great change, it is wonderful to know that trees will blossom, bulbs will sprout and birds will sing again.
People are staying closer to home and rediscovering the home and the landscape as a sanctuary. Even the First Lady is re-establishing a garden at the White House inspiring many to follow suit.
Over the winter we have been busy re-engineering many areas of our business to be responsive to the many valuable suggestions and feedback we received from you during our fall customer survey. At the top of the list is to maximize our value proposition built on product/service innovation, operational excellence and customer intimacy. Second is to maximize the sustainability of our programs and finding new ways to help all land stewards accomplish their goals in this area.
We appreciate your continued confidence in us and want you to know that we will continue to do whatever it takes to earn that trust going forward. To that end our new strategic vision is “Customer For Life” which will set the context for every action with customers, prospects and stakeholders.
Wishing you a beautiful and enjoyable spring.
Sincerely,

Daniel
